During a Pilates session, our Instructors will continuously guide you to concentrate deeply on your core muscles, the breath, the alignment and the quality of your movement. It is a very intense stretching class that incorporates workouts for your abdominal, leg, arm and back muscles. The classes last for 60 minutes and aim to work all areas of your body.
